A great modification that you can do without even opening the gun is to superglue or epoxy a PVC ring onto the back of the plunger tube, which is the general name for that orange thing that comes out the back of the gun. This allows you to do two things: One, to prime it from the back like a Night Finder, which is easier than the slide. Two, the more important one, is that you can now attach rubber bands or mini-bungees to the back, allowing for a faster air release. And, nerf warrior, if you really were one you would know not to call darts, "bullets". Seriously, a little piece of me dies every time somebody says that, because it stigmatizes those of us who enjoy running around with kids' toys, launching foam at one another.
